Are my donations tax-deductible?
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has determined that, generally, contributions of money or property made to a qualified organization are deductible from federal income taxes. The contributions must be made to a qualified organization and not set aside for use by a specific person. If you give property to a qualified organization, the fair market value at the time of donation may generally be deducted.
Contributions made as part of attending a LivaNova CARES event will be deductible, less the fair market value for items received by the donor at the event, such as the cost of a round of golf, meals, etc.

Will I receive a receipt for my donations?
Donors giving $25 or more in a year will receive a receipt for the total donated for that calendar year, regardless of the Charity’s fiscal year. (Note: Beginning July 1, 2014, the Charity’s fiscal year will run from July 1 through June 30.)
